1. Create multiple lead lines lengthwise on a leading blank. Let dry twenty-four hours. 2. Squeeze generous amounts of window color onto sheets of paper palette and spread evenly with palette knife. Also let dry twenty-four hours. 3. Transfer patterns to back of palette paper. 4. Tape felt to back of frame and trim. Tape photo to center of felt and assemble frame. 5. Cut and place lead lines as shown around photo. 6. Cut out window color elements. Gently peel paper away and place on front of frame as shown.
