 1. Basecoat plaque Ocean Cruise. Allow to dry. 2. Using pencil, draw a large loop. Make the outlines very wide as shown in photo. 3. Paint the inside of the loop with Pure Orange. Allow to dry. 4. Paint the fish outline (large loop) with Licorice. Allow to dry. 5. Glue on wiggle eye. 6. Using the maker, write Jesus Loves Me. 7. Glue ribbon or twine to back of the plaque.
